Tobi's Harbor (the "game") is a single-player puzzle game that also works offline. This policy explains what data the game collects, why, how long it is kept and what rights you have over it.
No account, no sign-up. The game never asks for or collects your name, e-mail address, phone number, location, contacts or photos.
Game progress (on your device only). Stars, gold, lives, completed levels, harbor tasks, settings and tutorial state are stored in a file on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it (on Android, if system backup is on, a copy may remain in your Google account backup under Google's privacy policy).
Anonymous play statistics (only with your consent). To improve the game, and only after you accept on the first launch (you can change your choice in Settings at any time), we collect events of these kinds through Unity Analytics (Unity Technologies, "Unity Gaming Services"):
These events are sent together with a random install id generated on your device when the game first opens. It does not identify you, your device or your accounts in other apps; reinstalling the game creates a new one. Unity Analytics also processes technical information such as device model, operating system version, country (derived from the IP address, which is not stored), language and session time. If you decline, no statistics are sent at all; the game works just the same.
The data is not used to build advertising profiles and is not sold to third parties.
The game only has rewarded ad placements (the player chooses to watch: +5 moves, +1 life, double the gold). At present the game contains no ad network SDK and shows no ads, so no advertising id is collected. When an ad network is added, this section and the store data-safety forms will be updated and the in-game consent screen extended accordingly.
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability granted by the GDPR, UK GDPR, Turkish KVKK and similar laws through this address.
The game is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Analytics runs only with explicit consent and contains no personal data. If you believe a child's data was collected by mistake, write to the address above and we will delete it.

Tobi's Harbor ("oyun") tek kişilik, çevrimdışı da oynanabilen bir bulmaca oyunudur. Bu politika oyunun hangi verileri topladığını, neden topladığını, ne kadar sakladığını ve verileriniz üzerindeki haklarınızı açıklar.

Oyunda yalnız ödüllü reklam yerleri vardır (oyuncu isterse izler: +5 hamle, +1 can, altını ikiye katlama). Şu anda oyunda bir reklam ağı SDK'sı bulunmaz ve reklam gösterilmez; bu nedenle reklam kimliği toplanmaz. Bir reklam ağı eklendiğinde bu bölüm ve mağaza veri güvenliği formları güncellenecek, oyun içi izin ekranı buna göre genişletilecektir.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık, Türkiye (KVKK) ve benzeri mevzuatın tanıdığı erişim, düzeltme, silme, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarınızı bu adres üzerinden kullanabilirsiniz.
Oyun genel kitleye yöneliktir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Analitik yalnız açık izinle çalışır ve kişisel veri içermez. Bir çocuğun verisinin yanlışlıkla toplandığını düşünüyorsanız yukarıdaki adrese yazın; sileriz.
